You bet. You can bring food, cake, games, and decorations to make your child’s big day feel like a VIP event. All we ask is that you keep the “site” clean. If you brought it, make sure it’s consumed, tossed, or packed up before you head out. Please leave the space as you found it.
Can The Parents And Adults Bring Beer And Wine To Consume During The Party?
Yes, beer and wine are permitted for adults. However, this is an active heavy equipment site, so alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Anyone who appears intoxicated will not be permitted to operate equipment or supervise a child.
Do you have a fridge we can use for food or cake for the party?
Absolutely. Refrigeration is available for cake and perishable items. Please let us know in advance so we can lock in the details with you.
Can I get some things delivered for my child's party (i.e. Pizza)?
Absolutely. You can have food delivered to our site. Just please contact us before your party about delivery timing so we keep your event running smoothly.
Can I bring more than 12 mini-operators?
We recommend 12 operators per party to ensure everyone receives the max time behind the controls. If you have more than 12 kids, please reach out. Larger parties may be accommodated with advance planning and additional digging time.
What’s the seating situation?
Tables and chairs are included for your group. If you anticipate needing additional seating, just let us know ahead of time.
Do you have parking?
Affirmative Parking is free and available onsite.
Is there an indoor option for the celebration?
Our Kids Dig parties take place outdoors in the Kids Dig Area. If you are interested in an alternate setup for special circumstances, please contact us to discuss available options.
Can we rent the whole Yard or bring in outside vendors?
You got it! Want to park a food truck in the lot, set up an inflatable empire for the kids, or bring in another outside vendor? Let’s chat. All outside vendors must be coordinated with our team prior to the party, so give us a call.
Why are only 2 adults per child allowed?
Safety and logistics, plain and simple. We cap it at two adults per kid in the operating and viewing areas. If you anticipate a larger group of spectators, please speak with us in advance so we can plan appropriately.
Can we add more time to the party?
Sure thing. You can extend the celebration in 30-minute chunks, subject to availability. We just need advance notice, so just give us a call to coordinate.
Can we come early to decorate the party zone?
Aim for 10-15 minutes early. We run a tight ship to make sure every party gets a clean, ready-to-rumble space, so earlier access may not be available due to other scheduled events. If you think you’ll need more time, call us and we can talk through available options.
How long do we get for cake/refreshments?
Cake and refreshments time is included within your scheduled party window.
For an 8-child party, the schedule typically includes 60 minutes of digging and 30 minutes for food and celebration.
For a 12-child party, the full 90 minutes is dedicated to continuous digging. Cake and refreshments may take place at any point during your event that works best for your group.
Are add-ons available to enhance our party?
Definitely! We offer a variety of optional add-ons to level-up your celebration, including custom birthday cakes, balloon arrangements, a construction-themed piñata, photo plaques or digital photo packages, face painting, catering options, and more.
