FAQs
Questions? Let's Dig In.
General
Do I need a driver's license?
Nope. The only “license” you need is a thirst for power and a sense of adventure.
Is the equipment air-conditioned or heated?
Absolutely. Our machines feature fully climate-controlled cabs. No matter what the Vegas weather is throwing at us, you’ll be moving mountains in a perfectly temperate, dust-free environment.
Can my friends and family come to watch?
Bring your whole fan club. We’ve got dedicated “Spectator Zones” perfect for capturing your best angles and every bucket drop.
Can we split the time on a Big Dig?
Nope. One machine, one operator. Our Big Digs are immersive experiences designed to turn into a pro. And once you feel the raw power of the engine, you aren’t going to want to share.
What is your cancellation policy?
We get it. Vegas happens. If you need to pivot, we’ve got options. Just give us at least before your scheduled Dig Time and you can:
Kids Digs (2+ Years)
Can I book more than one session for my child?
Absolutely. We can book multiple sessions back-to-back to give them a real “day on the job.” We suggest starting with two. Anything more usually tests the attention span of our younger crew. If they’re still crushing it after 40 minutes, you can always add more time at the Yard.
Can I put my child on the adult machines?
Unfortunately, no. To keep the Yard safe for everyone, kids stay in the Kids Dig zone and adults handle the heavy hitters. Our big machines have zero room for passengers. It’s one seat per beast. Because we’ve disabled the drive motors on the smaller fleet, adults can safely squeeze into the cab to help their mini-operators move some dirt.
What if my kid(s) are not 48"tall?
No problem. If your mini-operator is still working on their growth spurt, they can still command the fleet. They’ll just need a “Co-Pilot” (that’s you!) to sit with them and help reach the controls. We’ll make sure they’re moving dirt in no time.
Can my partner and I split the time to supervise so we both get pictures with our child?
Don’t cut into their dig time! Swapping parents mid-session is like a long pit stop. It kills the fun for your mini-operator. We suggest one parent stays in the seat while the other captures the glory from the sidelines. You can always book two sessions back-to-back and switch out between sessions.
What happens if one parent brings two children? How can we all enjoy the experience?
It depends on the height of your squad. If you’ve got multiple kids under 48″, you’ll need to bring an extra set of hands. Safety is our #1 priority, and since we can’t leave anyone “idling” on the sidelines while you assist another operator, you’ll need a 1:1 adult-to-child ratio for the little ones.
If the kids are over 48″, one adult is plenty to rule the yard. Tag in a friend and make it a group effort!
