Cancellation Policy
We get it. Vegas happens. If you need to pivot, we’ve got options. Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled Dig Time and you can:
- Reschedule: Pick a new time and keep the dream alive.
- Bank It: Convert your booking into a gift certificate valid for one year.
- Cash Out: If you have to cancel completely, we’ll refund 50% of your payment, provided you give us that 24-hour heads-up.
Because Vegas really does happen, you can also opt to add Trip Cancellation Protection at the time of booking for total flexibility. If you end up needing to cancel, you’ll receive a 100% refund, minus the cost of the protection.

Don’t let the kids have all the fun. Whether you’re short on time or unsure about climbing aboard one of our large machines, you can have a go at our stationary 1-ton excavators. Feel free to challenge friends or family to a little friendly competition. Dig holes, move dirt, and blow off some steam in Vegas (without losing $$$ at the casinos).

How It Works
Reserve for single or multiple people. Multiple people can dig at the same time or with back-to-back sessions. (Sorry, no sharing machines. Each person must operate their own machine.)
Requirements
- Must wear closed-toe shoes (no sandals or flip-flops)
- Must speak & understand English
- Must be at least 2+ years old
- No driver’s license is necessary, and no construction training is required.
- Children under 48″ can operate with assistance from a guardian (no additional cost for a parent/guardian). Each child under 48” requires 1 adult supervisor.
- Children 48″ or taller can operate independently.
- If you have multiple children under 48″ we recommend bringing both parents, a friend, or family member to help supervise. We cannot leave any children unattended while the parent/guardian assists another operator (this includes children in strollers/car seats).

Can I book more than one session?
Absolutely. We can book multiple sessions back-to-back to give kids a real “day on the job.” We suggest starting with two. Anything more usually tests the attention span of our younger crew. If they’re still crushing it after 40 minutes, you can always add more time at the Yard.
What if my kids are not 48" tall?
No problem. If your mini-operator is still working on their growth spurt, they can still command the fleet. They’ll just need a “Co-Pilot” (that’s you!) to sit with them and help reach the controls. We’ll make sure they’re moving dirt in no time.
Can my partner and I split the time to supervise so we both get pictures with our child?
Don’t cut into their dig time! Swapping parents mid-session is like a long pit stop. It kills the fun for your mini-operator. We suggest one parent stays in the seat while the other captures the glory from the sidelines. You can always book two sessions back-to-back and switch out between sessions.
What happens if one parent brings two children? How can we all enjoy the experience?
It depends on the height of your squad. If you’ve got multiple kids under 48″, you’ll need to bring an extra set of hands. Safety is our #1 priority, and since we can’t leave anyone “idling” on the sidelines while you assist another operator, you’ll need a 1:1 adult-to-child ratio for the little ones.
If the kids are over 48″, one adult is plenty to rule the yard. Tag in a friend and make it a group effort!
