Requirements and Cancellations

REQUIREMENTS:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Dig This requires that all participants take a breathalyzer test prior to operating any equipment.

If participant has a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of 0.06% or higher, they will not be allowed to participate in their reserved Dig with Dig This.

If participant does not pass the administered breathalyzer test, or if they refuse to take the test, their reservation will be cancelled and it will not be refundable to the participant.

All participants must speak or understand English.

If the participant does not speak or understand English and wants to bring an interpreter to Dig This, this must be arranged directly with Dig This by calling our reservations office at 702-222-4344.

Please arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled Dig time.

The required safety orientation class starts promptly at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, or the time that your Dig is reserved for. If you are late and miss the class, we may not be able to accommodate your reservation and it will be nonrefundable.

All Dig sessions are for one person per machine at a time.

Closed toe shoes are required for all participants.

Must be at least 8 years old and 48 inches tall.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Dig This strictly enforces a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Your reservation is refundable less a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel 24 hours in advance of your reservation.*

Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation are nonrefundable.**

* If you give 24 hour notice, you can reschedule your dig for a future date at no additional cost. This is valid for up to one year from initial purchase.

** In the event of a cancellation of your reservation by Dig This due to weather, equipment problems, or any other unforeseen circumstances, your reservation will be refunded in full or you will be offered a credit toward a future reservation.
